Goldfish & Koi Selection

Here we are aiming at show casing what selection of goldfish is available in the South African market. The fish shown here is a guide on what we can offer, prices will vary and can change without notice due to international currency fluctuations and on stock availability.

We strongly advise you the aquarist to rather place a "Purchase Order" of the fish you desire so that we can process the order and send through the pro forma invoice to complete the order along with shipping fee. If you would rather wish to select the fish yourself we welcome this and you may pop us a visit at our store Jozi Pets in JHB north and arrange a time to conclude the order.

Special orders on rare fish or never seen in a typical pet store can be arrange on a pre paid order basis only. Date of arrival of fish will be notified and collection is required on the delivery date. We cannot hold onto fish orders longer than 24hrs. Shubunkins are a hardy, single-tailed goldfish with nacreous scales and a pattern known as calico.
The Shubunkins are of Japanese origin.
The Shubunkin was created by Yoshigoro Akiyama by crossing Calico telescope eye with a Comet goldfish and a Common goldfish.
