Hemigraphis Repandra Green, also known as Green Dragon's Tongue, is a perennial shrub that grows up to 10 inches in height if given the correct care. Its leaves are bright green in color and are rippled, providing an attractive texture in a terrarium-like setup that is comparable to a grassy plant with the potential to sprout small white flowers. This terrarium plant should be grown in bright, indirect light and in a substrate that is well-drained.

Alternanthera Bettzickiana is a popular choice for beginners due to the fact that it's pretty easy to grow. Most red stem plants can prove difficult to get that vibrant red color without providing high CO2 and micronutrients.
