Shipping of Live fish is same day or overnight Courier at a flat fee of R200 to be selected at check out unless collection.
Shipping will only comence once all stock selected is available and full payment received to send as a single complete parcel. Split shipping will incure additional costs.
Shipping dates we strive for as soon as possible from Monday to Thursday only. No shipping is done on weekends or public holidays.
Collection is our prefered method and notice will be sent when order is ready.
Any issues to be reported on the day of arrival for our attention. Regretybly there is no return on livestock and is non refundible.
Should there be any DOA, a credit will be provided if reported on delivery date and accompanied with photographs.
