Shipping

Seasons Greetings, We are closed from 14 December 2024 and will reopen begin normal operations as from 2 January 2025. All orders placed in this time will only be process after 2 January 2025.

United Reptiles cc / unitedreptiles.co.za where possible, can arrange for you to collect your order at an agreed collection point. Deliveries in and around South Africa can be undertaken by courier and air freight services at an extra charge over the existing listed price.

All shipping is conducted after the paid order has been processed please allow a day or 2 for this before expecting shipping to commence.

Throughout the web store we have mentioned the avgerage time for shipping of each product ie: 3-5 days, this means that once the order is processed as mentioned above 1-2 days time frame, then then shipping date of 3-5 working days start. For example:

An order is placed, takes a day to process, then shipping is arranged and this is then taken perhaps 4 working days to complete, this then gives you the buyer a turn around time of 5 working days from when you have clicked and submitted the order.

Orders and shipping via a 3rd party courier is only conducted on working days. Weekends, public holidays and after hours does not apply to operations and shipping times of any orders placed.
